Vintage Illegal Chip Geneva Country Club Crest SealThis auction is for one lavneder crest and seal poker chip used in the geneva country club poker games. It is not litsed in ed hertel's price guide for illegal casino chips. However, it is documented as being from teh geneva country club. Which geneva country club si the problem. I think it was used at the geneva country club on seneca lake in new york state. This was one of ny states oldest country clubs (founded 1890) and had an active club house. Other collectors think it si from a geneva country club near chicago because the chips were oringinally sent to chicago in 1931. Who knows? Thsi chip is in very good condition. The chip si identical on both sides. This could be a great crest and sela addition to someones collection. |
