Obs5 Calneva1951listed As Very Rare3rd Isslk TThis is for one casino chip, $5.00 denomination, obsolete (listed as very rare-r-7), 3rd issue with nice vintage script from the cal-neva lodge, crystal bay, lake tahoe, nevada. This chip is in quite good+ lightly circulated condition-especially considering it's age! Has a few small/minor edge dings/edge nicks, very legible & fully intact hot stamp imprints remain, (although has dulled from age, & shiny gold is long gone), on both sides, & stands on egde easily-still has sharp edges. The cal-neva opened way back in 1927 & closed in 1980. (became cloud's cal-neva from 1980-1983. )after being vacant for a few years, reopened in 1986 & remains open. Blue/gray in color wtih 3-yellow inserts & a t's mold, issued in 1951. Each side has the same pics, & both sides are shown. ~the actual color is a blue/gray, accurately shown in last 3 pics. Scans make the chip look gray, incorrectly so, in the 1st 2 scans. ~the item you are viewing is the exact item you will be receiving. $2.00 s&h for 1-2 chips in the us, insurance optional.
