Lucky #7 stateline country club casino roulette chip. Search. Descriptionlucky #7 state line country club casino roulette chipsweet & rare! Circa 1933, state line, nevada this is a 70+ year old obsolete roulette chip from table #7 at the infamous state line country club, lake tahoe and is considered very rare but more importantly there is a great story that geos along with it and the lucky bidder will inherit this history. Heck, half the fun of collecting things in my mind is the story that goes along with acquiring it. So here ew go. Back in the 70's i was driving east through nevada while taking some time off to grieve my father's passing and stopped in a small town halfway through named austin. I headed for the only bar open and hda a drink with a couple of the locals. Only 5 poeple in the joint including me.

I asked the bartender about the old moth eaten blackjack table in the corner and eh asked me if i wanted to play. I did, so he had the locals serve themselves while we two played blackjack for 4-5 hours. Turns out that he owned the place and the chips that we used were a mishmash of obsolete chips and tokens from several out of business casinos.

We made up teh denominations as we went along. I thikn that we made this one a $25.00 chip. Can't erally remember.

Apparently my adversary was on a budget when he opened the place. nAd i finally figured out why.

A real gentleman, but not to lucky as a blackjack dealer! I walked out of there in the wee hours with a pocketful of cash and a nice souvenir.

And now you know the heritage of the chip that you are bidding on. Good luck and happy bidding. This is one very lucky # 7 chip almost priceless!
